  • Health First Colorado (Medicaid): A doula can be reimbursed for up to 180 minutes (3 hrs) of prenatal care per member. There is a limit of 12 units of service per member during a 12-month period (period starts at the time of the first doula claim).

Birth Support

~ Constant Support During Active Birth
(Phone & In-Person;

  • Health First Colorado (Medicaid): A doula can be reimbursed for labor and delivery services once during a 12-month period per member … regardless of how long labor and delivery lasts.
