Successful Death Cafe, Volunteering, and Services Update

Thank you to those able to attend, the cafe was a success! Skully was delighted to attend; the atmosphere was warm and the mocha was excellent. Today, we learned that there are some cultures that struggle with having enough space to bury their dead, so they use cremation and offer a QR code for families to have a digital tombstone to clean and maintain!

Volunteering Success

I will officially be starting as a volunteer with UCHealth next week and look forward to practicing in my community! Hopefully, I’ll also be able to start volunteering with Pathways as well!

New Doula Service Announcement!

After attending my interview with Pathways, I learned that one of the offerings to those in hospice care is music therapy. Only then remembering a dear friend of mine that I have known for many years, I’ve decided to pick up an instrument I’ve let rest for a while, and hope to add it to my list of services:

Galleon for the In-Between: Traveling Harper

I will keep my status updated, but hopefully my stringed companion and I can soon join others in their journey!
